22-year-old arrested in Seville for stabbing another 59-year-old man

A 22-year-old man has been detained in Valencina de la Concepción (Seville) accused of killing another 59 year old man stabbed in the afternoon of this past Monday. According to the initial investigation, the young man had met the victim a few weeks ago, and has acknowledged that some “friction” had arisen and that they had already carried out an incident, but of little importance.

According to information from the Armed Institute of Seville, around 8:30 p.m., a woman called alerting that her home, located in the residential area of ​​the town, had been the scene of a crime. Upon arriving at the place provided by the woman, the agents found a 22-year-old man who had assaulted another with a knife.

The report details that the young man and the victim were not related in any way to the family, and that the murderer suffered from some pathologies related to his mental faculties. According to the witness, the victim’s wife, the attack occurred as a result of a very strong argument between the two.

The young man had to be treated at the Virgen de la Macarena Hospital in Seville and was later detained by the Civil Guard who will investigate what happened in the coming days.
