A man caught ‘red-handed’ when he sexually assaulted his 11-year-old stepdaughter went to prison
Agents of the National Police have arrested a 36-year-old man of Romanian nationality for sexually assaulting his stepdaughter, just 11 years old, who was caught ‘red-handed’ by a radio patrol when he abused the minor inside A vehicle. Custody of the girl has been withdrawn from the mother, and she has been handed over to the Minor Protection Service of the Junta de Andalucía.
The events took place last Saturday, November 14, at around 12.20 pm, when a public security patrol vehicle from a Sevillian town saw a vehicle parked in an open field.
As they approached the car, the police observed that a girl and a man were in the back seat in an obvious sexual attitude, for which he was immediately arrested.
The girl was taken to a medical center and later handed over to her mother, who informed the investigating agents of her surprise at the events that occurred, communicating her intention to break off the relationship with her partner.
However, days later, the woman appeared with a private lawyer to defend her partner. When questioned about this decision as incoherent, she began to give “contradictory and incongruous versions,” which is why the judicial authority was brought to the attention of the police proceedings, which ordered that her maternal custody be withdrawn and that she be handed over to her. the girl to the Service for the Protection of Minors of the Junta de Andalucía, an order that was immediately executed by agents of the UFAM of the National Police.
The detainee, who has a prior history of another sexual assault that occurred in 2010, has been admitted to prison by court order.
