The ex-model Amy dorris has accused the president of the United States, Donald Trump, of sexually assault her at the 1997 US Open tennis tournament.

In an exclusive interview with The Guardian, Amy Dorris alleges that Trump approached her outside the bathroom in his VIP box at the tournament in New York on September 5, 1997. Trump was 51 at the time and married to his second wife, Marla Maples.

Dorris, who had 24 years at that moment, he accuses Trump of sticking his tongue in her mouth, attacking her all over her body and holding her so that she could not escape. “He thrust his tongue down my throat. Trump denies it

Through his attorneys, the mogul has denied ever harassing, abusing or misbehaving with Dorris.

According to account The Guardian, her account has been corroborated by several people she confided in about the incident, including a friend from New York and Dorris’s mother, whom she called immediately after the alleged incident, as well as a therapist and friends she spoke with on subsequent years.

“Now my daughters who are about to turn 13, I want you to know that they should not let anyone do what you do not want“, he said, explaining that he considered making this incident public in 2016, when several women made similar accusations.

“I prefer to be a role model. I want you to see that I did not remain silent, that I faced someone who did something that was unacceptable”, has added.
